Adán Lupercio is a seasoned public affairs leader with over 20 years of experience driving advocacy, shaping policy, and building powerful coalitions across California. He brings deep expertise in both government and nonprofit sectors, with a strong focus on education and community impact.
His career includes leadership roles such as Chief of Staff at Stockton Unified School District, Chief of Staff to a San José City Councilmember, Director of Government Affairs at Rocketship Public Schools, and Managing Director at the California Charter Schools Association, where he led a team supporting over 350 schools across 50 counties with policy strategy, advocacy, and member services.
From grassroots campaigns to executive strategy, Adán is known for his ability to connect people, align goals, and deliver results. He is trusted for his policy insight, communication skills, and deep understanding of California’s political and educational landscape.
